Celebrate your intimate elopement with Elope to Sunshine Coast at Caloundra Power Boat Club. Get married at the Gazebo with beautiful views of the Pumicestone Passage and dine in the restaurant overlooking the stunning Pumicestone Passage.

Elope to Sunshine Coast Caloundra Power Boat Club run elopements and intimate weddings on Monday through to Thursday throughout the year.

We have two wedding timeslots available per day to include lunch or dinner.

Note: Bookings will only be taken up to 8 months before your date. Subject to availability. Once you have booked your Elope to Sunshine Coast Caloundra Power Boat Club wedding, our team will be in contact with you to arrange your special day.

Elope to Sunshine Coast

Your wedding planning journey will run smoothly with Elope to Sunshine Coast coordinating your Caloundra Power Boat Club Elopement in their all-weather venue. Our team are some of the Sunshine Coast's best wedding suppliers, guaranteed to help create your special day.

We offer 1 complimentary consultation appointment via zoom or email, with your wedding planner once your booking is confirmed.

The consultation will then provide you with a running sheet that includes a simple comprehensive document detailing every aspect of your elopement.

It’s at this point we discuss the logistics of your wedding such as inclusions and upgrade options.

*Elope to Sunshine Coast elopements and intimate weddings reserves the right to alter any items and suppliers in our Elopement Collection due to availability. Alternative suppliers will be of an equal value should they be required. These packages are set, no changes will be available, however you are welcome to add on additional services or upgrades to your package with each supplier directly. No external food and drinks permitted to be bought onto the property.

Sheryl van Heerden is your dedicated wedding planner and stylist and will look after you from the very start of your wedding planning journey and on the wedding day. With over 12 years' experience in the wedding industry, you can be assured of a perfectly planned wedding day that you always dreamed about. *Ask about styling upgrades for your special day.

Planner / Stylist

Your Elope to Sunshine Coast Celebrant will work with you in the lead up to your special day, to prepare your personalised ceremony and legal paperwork. Personal vows are included in the Soiree 20 and 30 packages.

Celebrant

Our Elope to Sunshine Coast florist will design your beautiful florals for the day which include a bouquet and matching boutonniere from our selected elopement range. Using your choice of colour and style, with fresh, seasonal flowers to create your stunning florals. Extra arrangements are also available for an additional cost.

Flowers

Capturing your special day will be Elope to Sunshine Coast photographer Lou O’Brien. Your photography package includes up to 2 hours of photography (depending on your package) to capture all of those special moments of your ceremony followed by photos on The Caloundra Power Boat Club grounds with the stunning Pumice Stone Passage as your backdrop. All images will be processed and supplied to you via your own private online gallery (live for one month) ready to print and share with family & friends. Wedding album and extra coverage available at extra cost.

Photography

Once your ceremony and photos are over, it’s time to celebrate in The Caloundra Power Boat Restaurant. You and your guests can enjoy drinks and a delicious meal from our special elopement menu. Special dietary requirements can easily be catered for.

Our professional mobile hair and make up stylist will come to your accommodation on your special day, so you can relax and enjoy every moment of getting ready before your big day. Hi I'm Sheryl van Heerden and I'll be your planner and stylist for your special day. I have been been involved in the wedding industry for over 12 years and I love to support my couples through their wedding planning journey. I pride myself on my commitment and service to every one of my customers. Nothing makes me happier than seeing everything come together on my couples wedding days. It is an absolute honour to being involved in assisting couples on one of the most exciting days of their lives. On the day I really enjoy experiencing the excitement and energy that is created on their magical day.

Our elopement team is also absolutely magnificent! Chosen with all the same values and integrity in mind, we all share the common interest of loving our jobs.
