We take bookings up to 12 months in advance. Our team‑based packages are already beautifully streamlined, so most of the planning is ready to go — making the whole process simple and stress‑free for you.
If you’re hoping for a shorter lead time, you’re in the right place. We can often book couples in as little as five weeks before their wedding date, making last‑minute elopements and micro weddings incredibly easy to organise.
Yes - if you already have a photographer or celebrant you love, I’m happy to work with them. However, most couples choose to use my trusted team because working together is truly our superpower. We’re a well‑oiled, highly connected group who collaborate regularly, communicate effortlessly and support each other throughout the day to give you the best possible experience.

You’re welcome to bring your own vendors, but if you want a cohesive, relaxed and beautifully coordinated experience, my curated team is a big part of what makes that happen.
Elopements are typically just the couple and their two witnesses, however we do allow up to 8 guests. For a pure elopement, legally, you need two witnesses to sign the marriage certificate - but if you prefer a true “just us” experience, your planner and photographer can happily act as your witnesses.
Micro weddings usually include up to 28 guests plus the couple (a total of 30 people). Several of our venues and packages can accommodate slightly larger groups, with some allowing up to 50 guests. We also work with one venue that can host a full‑size wedding, giving you a range of options depending on the size and style of celebration you’re dreaming of.
Yes, alongside my elopements and micro weddings, I take on a limited number of full‑size weddings each year. This allows me to give each couple the time, attention and calm support they deserve. Whether you’ve already booked your venue or need help finding the right one, I offer full planning and on‑the‑day coordination to ensure your celebration runs beautifully from start to finish. You’ll receive the same thoughtful, organised and detail‑focused approach I’m known for, just tailored to a larger guest list.
Elopement ceremonies are beautifully simple and typically run for around 10–15 minutes, including your personal vows to each other, the signing of your marriage certificate and the conclusion of the ceremony. It may sound short, but for an intimate “just us” moment, it’s the perfect amount of time - heartfelt, meaningful and completely focused on the two of you.
Micro wedding ceremonies usually run for up to 20 minutes. This allows space for a warm, personal and engaging ceremony crafted by our experienced celebrant, with room for a few extra moments, readings or interactions with your guests.
Absolutely, vendor management is a core part of what I do. Rather than simply recommending people, I organise your entire vendor team for you. I work with trusted local professionals who align with your style, understand our process and deliver consistently beautiful results.
I handle all communication, bookings, timelines and logistics, so you don’t have to spend hours researching or coordinating suppliers yourself. This ensures your day runs smoothly and your vendors work together seamlessly - which is a big part of what makes our weddings feel so calm, polished and effortless.
Yes, I offer both weekday and weekend weddings. Weekday celebrations are often more affordable and tend to feel more intimate, with a wider choice of available dates. They’re especially ideal for our beachside locations, where weekdays mean fewer crowds and a more relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
Weekend weddings are also available; however, our packages do attract higher rates on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays due to increased venue and vendor demand. I’ll guide you through the best options for your vision, budget and preferred style of celebration.
Our business provides all-inclusive wedding packages, so you don't need to plan or organise anything yourselves. We have a range of upgrades, including styling options for you to choose from making it stress free and super easy for you. Utilising our services to organise these items for you enables you to escape the overwhelm on what is such a big day in your lives.
You are welcome to bring your own drinks to consume AFTER your ceremony only package has concluded but not during our package times
Your planner can play your chosen Spotify playlist for your ceremony. All you need to do is create your personalised list of songs in the order you’d like them played and send it to your planner and/or celebrant so they can download it and have it ready for the day.
When you book with our team, we’ll guide you through exactly what you need to organise for your ceremony music, including suggestions for key moments and how many songs to prepare. Everything is kept simple and stress‑free.
Absolutely! We offer a variety of additional services and options to personalise your package and create your dream day. We know exactly what enhances a wedding day, adding joy and memorable touches. Our team can advise on the best options to include, ensureing everything fits seamlessly into your celebration, so you and your guests can relax without lifting a finger. If you'd like to bring along any of your own items, please note that handling fee will apply for our wedding planner to manage and incorporate these elements on your behalf
Some of our micro‑wedding packages do allow additional guests, with a per‑person charge (POA). Our elopement packages are capped at a maximum of 8 guests to keep the experience intimate and aligned with the style of celebration they’re designed for.
It’s also important to note that each venue has its own maximum capacity, and these limits cannot be changed. If your guest list grows beyond what your chosen venue or package allows, that’s completely fine - I can customise a larger wedding option or help you select a venue that suits your updated numbers, ensuring everything still runs smoothly and beautifully.
Absolutely. Children are always welcome, and our team are all dog‑lovers, so we’re more than happy for your fur babies to be part of your day. Some venues do have restrictions around pets, so it will depend on the location or package you choose - but we’ll guide you through the options to make sure everyone important can be included.
Your reception venue will keep a tab on your bill and advise you if you go over your minimum spend. You can choose if you would like to have guests pay for their own drinks after that or close off the bar. Any spend over your minimum will be settled directly with the venue on the day of your wedding before you depart
Yes, styling is a core part of what I offer. All of my packages include professionally curated styling options, created to suit your location, colours and overall vision. I take care of everything from concept to setup, so your day looks beautiful, cohesive and completely effortless.
I gently discourage DIY styling because it often creates unnecessary stress for couples and their loved ones. My role is to remove the decisions, logistics and last‑minute details that can weigh you down - so you can stay relaxed, fully present and enjoy the day without anyone needing to set up, pack down or manage décor.
If you have personal items that hold meaning, I’m always happy to incorporate them thoughtfully into your styling plan. Otherwise, you can trust that I’ll handle every detail with care, creativity and intention.
I’m always happy to try and accommodate a date change. Whether we can move your wedding will depend on the availability of your current vendor team for the new date. If someone isn’t available, we may need to substitute a vendor which is completely fine and something I’ll guide you through, so everything still runs smoothly.
My goal is always to make the transition as easy and stress‑free as possible.
Yes, several of our packages include accommodation and reception options, such as our beachside experience. We keep our packages intentionally flexible, starting with a beautifully curated base and allowing you to tailor the rest to suit your needs.
If you’d like catering, additional food and beverage options or extended accommodation, these can be added easily. My role is to bring everything together seamlessly, so your celebration feels complete, relaxed and perfectly suited to the two of you.
