Celebrate with up to 28 guests at a peaceful 55-acre country estate, with accommodation for 10 people across five bedrooms. Fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen and a plunge pool overlooking the countryside create a welcoming setting to settle in and enjoy time together.
Your wedding planner or coordinator is included, with support tailored to your chosen package. From guiding your plans to managing the wedding day details, I’ll help bring everything together so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Charming Homestead + Wedding Coordination
Your chosen wedding team, with an experienced coordinator bringing the day together.
Already booked your celebrant and photographer, or prefer to choose your own suppliers? Enjoy a two-night stay at Charming Homestead, with accommodation for up to 10 people and wedding day coordination included.
Around four weeks before your wedding, I’ll review your confirmed arrangements and draft run sheet, liaise with your suppliers and refine the timings. On the day, I’ll coordinate the agreed schedule and oversee the property’s wedding arrangements, so you and your guests can enjoy the celebration.

Use of the property for your wedding, within the agreed guest capacity

A pre-wedding handover and review of your draft run sheet

Final supplier liaison and wedding day coordination for up to 8 hours *additional hours can be added - POA

You arrange and pay your chosen suppliers directly. Additional planning and styling can be added through your planner and coordinator.

Includes a marquee for the wedding package with over 20 people - this is used as your plan B ceremony space and also for your reception celebration.
Please note:
Wedding coordination: is required for every wedding at Charming Homestead and is included in both package options.
An on-site groundskeeper: lives in a separate residence on the property, away from the main house.
Availability: Monday - Thursday, outside holiday periods. Additional nights and selected weekend stays are quoted on request.
Security bond: A credit-card security bond is required the day before check-in, with the amount based on your guest numbers. Release is subject to cleaning, inspection and any applicable deductions under the booking terms.

Charming Homestead Micro Wedding
All-Inclusive Experience
Your private venue stay and essential wedding team, brought together.
Enjoy two nights at Charming Homestead, with accommodation for up to 10 people and space to welcome up to 28 guests plus the wedding couple for your ceremony.
With your wedding planner, on-the-day coordinator, celebrant and photographer included, you’ll have experienced support to bring the plans together and enjoy your celebration.
Package inclusions:

Accommodation: Two nights for up to 10 people in five bedrooms across two floors, including an upstairs bridal suite.

Ceremony location: An outdoor lawn ceremony for up to 30 people, including the couple.

Signing furniture: Signing table and two chairs. Ceremony styling is available as an upgrade.

Wet-weather arrangements: An indoor ceremony alternative for weddings of up to 20 people in total. A marquee is required for 21–30 people; see the pricing options below.

Planning: A one-hour wedding planning session and creation of your wedding day run sheet. Additional planning sessions are $100 per hour.

Wedding day coordination: Up to 8 hours on the day; duties include greeting vendors, vendor setup liaison, timeline management and support for you and your guests during your agreed coverage.

Ceremony music: Coordination of your chosen music at the right moments.

Property oversight: Coordination of supplier access, guest numbers and agreed property requirements.

Celebrant: A 20-minute ceremony with a PA system.

Photography: Two hours of professional coverage, with edited images delivered in your personal online gallery. Additional coverage is available.
