From the early stages of planning through to the final moments on your wedding day, I take care of every detail so you can enjoy the process and feel completely supported. Whether you’ve already chosen your venue and vendors or need help building a team that reflects your style, I tailor the experience to suit your vision and the scale of your celebration.
Full Wedding Planning Service

You share your vision. I’ll take the lead on bringing it to life.
Full planning is for couples who want an experienced planner to guide the whole process, from the early decisions through to the wedding day. We’ll begin with what matters most to you: how you want the day to feel, the people you want around you and the budget you’re working with.
I’ll build your planning timeline, research and recommend suppliers, gather and compare options, and manage the conversations and details as your plans come together. You’ll make the final choices, sign your suppliers’ agreements and pay them directly. I’ll stay involved with your wedding team and bring everyone’s plans together into one clear run sheet.
On your wedding day, I’ll coordinate your suppliers and keep everything running smoothly, with up to 10 hours of coordination included.
If you need help finding a venue, I can include a focused venue search in your tailored proposal. Additional support for larger weddings, complex setups, or longer wedding day coverage can also be quoted.
Partial Wedding Planning Service

Plan your wedding with expert support along the way.
You’re happy to choose and book your own suppliers, but you’d value an experienced planner to help you work out what’s needed and keep you on track.
I’ll review what you’ve arranged so far, point out anything still to organise and recommend suitable suppliers. You’ll contact, choose, book and pay those suppliers directly. I’ll be here to answer your planning questions and help you make decisions as you go.
Around four weeks before the wedding, you’ll hand over your confirmed plans. I’ll bring the details together, liaise with your suppliers, refine the run sheet and coordinate your wedding day for up to eight hours.
*Additional planning support can be quoted if needed.

On The Day
Wedding Coordination

You’ve planned the wedding. I’ll bring it all together and run the day.
Around four weeks before your wedding, I’ll take over the final coordination. We’ll review your plans and draft run sheet, confirm the key details with your suppliers, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when.
On the day, I’ll be your main point of contact for suppliers, oversee the agreed setup, manage the timeline and guide the important moments from your ceremony into your reception. You and your guests can enjoy the day without being the people everyone comes to with questions.

Your eight hours of coverage will be agreed as we finalise the run sheet. Additional hours and extra team members can be quoted if your wedding requires them.

Professional coordination where you need it most.
If you’ve planned your wedding and need someone to take charge of a key part of the day, this shorter option may be the right fit. Around four weeks out, I’ll review your plans and draft run sheet, confirm the details with the suppliers involved in my coverage, and prepare to run the agreed four-hour window.
That might mean overseeing your ceremony and the start of your reception, or coordinating another four-hour period that needs an experienced person in charge. We’ll choose the coverage times based on your schedule.
