Welcome to Grand Hinterland Retreat, a truly one-of-a-kind private holiday retreat set on five elevated acres in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Perched high above the landscape, the property offers sweeping panoramic views from the Hinterland mountains all the way to the Sunshine Coast coastline. Designed for couples who want to unwind, reconnect, and celebrate at a slower pace, the retreat features four large, separate dwellings arranged in a unique M-shape around a central lawn area - perfect for intimate ceremonies and relaxed celebrations. With five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and accommodation for up to 12 guests, Grand Hinterland Retreat is ideally suited to elopements and micro weddings of up to 20 people.
This three-night wedding experience allows you to truly soak in both the wedding and holiday atmosphere, celebrating with your nearest and dearest in total privacy. Exchange vows with bushland and mountain views as your backdrop, then enjoy an intimate dinner or cocktail-style gathering with fine food and drinks as the sun sets over the hinterland. Every detail is designed to create a relaxed yet luxurious wedding experience, where time slows down and every moment can be savoured with the people who matter most

Enjoy a relaxed, beautiful, and meaningfully slow midweek micro-wedding for you and up to 28 guests, hosted at a private country estate where every detail is professionally cared for. To protect the owner’s cherished property and ensure your day runs smoothly, a dedicated wedding professional is a mandatory inclusion, providing guidance and oversight so your celebration unfolds seamlessly, respectfully, and completely stress-free.
Set on over 55 private acres, this stunning estate blends country charm with relaxed luxury and the serenity of nature. Stylish, character-filled on-site accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms, complete with two inviting fireplaces, a spacious gourmet kitchen, and sweeping countryside views. There’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy your wedding day in total comfort.

Booking your wedding through us gives you exclusive access to the property along with professional guidance to ensure everything is managed smoothly. You can approach your wedding in one of three ways:
Venue Access Only
Lock in your chosen date and secure exclusive use of the property. We manage the property owner liaison, provide guidance on venue requirements, and protect your booking.
Planning & Styling Services (Optional Upgrades)
Once your venue is secured, you can choose to add planning, styling, or full wedding coordination to create a seamless, stress-free celebration.
On-the-Day Coordination
Enjoy your wedding day without worrying about logistics or setup. Our on-the-day coordination ensures everything runs smoothly so your friends and family can relax, be present, and celebrate with you.
